The Operations Register is the canonical record of documented government and institutional programs affecting human populations through chemical, biological, electromagnetic, or psychological means. Related entries link here instead of duplicating the record.
Every entry has: the operation name, date range, operating entity, mechanism, scale, and source documentation. Entries are organized by mechanism type.
