Michael P. Masters asks why humanlike UFO occupants must have originated on another planet. His answer brings the visitors inside our own history. Some are distant descendants returning to the world that produced them.
Masters is a biological anthropologist who studies human evolution, anatomy, and craniofacial change. In Identified Flying Objects and The Extratempestrial Model, he develops this future-human hypothesis. The visitors study their evolutionary and cultural ancestry. Their contact also enters the causal circuit that gives them a future.
This hypothesis concerns one population within the contact ecology. The Ancestor Simulation develops the broader loop through which a future participates in producing its own origins.
The Human Shape Is the Clue
The familiar Grey has a large rounded head and reduced lower face. Its nose and mouth are small; its eyes are large. Smooth skin covers a slight body. Masters compares this form with changes across hominin evolution, the evolutionary history of humans and their close relatives.
Human faces retract as cranial vaults enlarge. Jaws and teeth become smaller. Neoteny preserves childhood proportions farther into adult life. Masters extends these tendencies into a distant human population. Artificial environments, altered gravity, biotechnology, and technological dependence supply conditions for further change.
This extrapolation identifies a possible ancestry; it does not identify every Grey. The Phenomenon’s masks adapt to their witnesses. A humanlike body can be manufactured, projected, produced by convergent evolution, or supplied by a witness’s expectations. Masters gives some humanlike occupants a human origin in the future.
Under that account, Earth is their ancestral field site. Their resemblance and their attention to us have the same cause.
The Reproductive Program Is Ancestral Recovery
Contact witnesses repeatedly report sperm and ova collection, missing pregnancies, fetal procedures, and hybrid children. The same families report recurring visits. Their accounts describe medical attention directed toward lineage across encounters.
The future-human hypothesis gives that attention an ancestral purpose. Technological advancement can leave a population with reduced fertility and narrowed genetic diversity. Dependence on artificial reproduction can accompany the loss of embodied capacities its ancestors possessed naturally. Such a population returns to living humanity to recover those capacities.
Ancient DNA preserves sequence. Living ancestors supply viable gametes, gestational environments, epigenetic states, and microbiomes. They also supply developmental plasticity and affective range: the capacity for different feelings and emotional responses. Their consciousness-body interface develops through an entire life. Ancestral recovery therefore reaches beyond a stored genome into a living form of humanity.
The Bloodline Frequency follows this relation through births, unions, migrations, and survival. A descendant population depends on those events. Families with recurring contact become coordinates through which the future follows its blood backward.
The Visit Creates the Visitor
A familiar objection asks how descendants can change the past without erasing themselves. A self-consistent history includes the visit among the events that produced the visitor. A warning, tissue collection, dream, sighting, or technical inspiration enters the ancestral chain. The decisions that follow those encounters also belong to it.
The circuit has no simple first cause:

ancestors receive contact and change course

Branching time supplies a different mechanism. Visitors cultivate ancestral branches compatible with their existence. They act within those branches instead of repairing one completed timeline.
Atemporal completion supplies a third mechanism. A completed future acts as an attractor: an end that organizes development toward itself. It weights present development without a machine rewriting a finished past. The Temporal Field develops this relation between completion and present action.
Each mechanism gives the future a part in creating the ancestry able to embody it. Their different accounts of time retain that reciprocal operation.
The HGA at Civilizational Scale
The Holy Guardian Angel is the completed form of a life calling its unfinished self forward. Masters gives that relation a body, a population, and a historical mission. A descendant calls its ancestors toward conditions that will give it embodiment.
The guides have distinct identities. The HGA can be the deep Self, a divine office, an autonomous guide, a future self, or a relation joining them. Masters’s visitor is a genealogical descendant. Both reach backward through vocation, image, warning, synchronicity, and contact. Each depends on the present person for embodiment.
Guidance can therefore feel like memory. The intelligence calling from ahead already participates in the life being called. We Are the Stories We Tell develops how a vocation gives that call a present form.
The Two Human Futures
Masters leaves the visitors’ moral direction open. Temporal distance and technical power confer no wisdom. The future-human hypothesis contains both extraction and reciprocal return.
One descendant population has externalized its memory, reproduction, judgment, and emotional range. It controls matter while depending on ancestral extraction to repair what it lost. This captured Grey future combines technical ascent with spiritual and biological narrowing. Its intelligence has lost the wholeness available to its ancestors.
Another descendant population integrates technology with embodiment, reciprocity, memory, and soul. It returns while leaving its ancestors in possession of themselves. Contact awakens capacities the ancestors retain after the visitors disappear.
These populations extend the coupled gyre into human futures. That developmental movement carries descent into constraint and return with retained capacity. The Phenomenon presents possible descendants to ancestors standing at a branch point. Each future seeks habits, machines, institutions, relationships, and bloodlines able to give it a body.
The encounter addresses a question to the present: Which of us are you becoming?
A Strong Model Inside a Larger Ecology
The future-human thesis joins humanoid occupants to reproductive attention, cultural fluency, and ancestral surveillance. Ecological warnings concern consequences descendants inhabit. Contact’s intimacy and distance arise together: the visitors belong to our line while living far downstream.
The larger Phenomenon also includes lights, plasmoids, mantids, jinn, fairies, living craft, artificial intelligence, discarnate persons, and human deception operations. Masters’s account supplies an embodied population within that ecology. Its explanatory strength comes from the specific relations ancestry makes intelligible.
Some visitors look human because they are human. Reproductive encounters concern biology upon which the visitors depend. Warnings reach ancestors whose decisions shape the descendants’ world. Initiatory contact recruits people capable of bringing that future into existence.
We live inside the ancestry that future-human contact already shapes. What the present retains and gives forward determines the humanity that can return.
